The fine art you will view on the site is representative and symbolic to me on several levels. During the creative process - God, nature, beautiful and special people in my life, and life changing events I have experienced all seem to evolve and play an integral part to the finished work. I wish for you to enjoy the art on your own level. Perhaps the work will bring joy to you, a happy memory, a smile, a symbolism to your own life, or just allow you to take a “time out” from the daily grind.
I would love to tell you of my intensive studies of the depths of art, list my accolades and boast of some prestigious art school I have attended. The truth is that I have no real formal training. The art is from the heart and is a gift to me from God - the True Artist! I have a talent that has never been used to it’s full potential, a talent buried in fear, complacency and “chasing the wind” my entire life. This run of production you will find on Topicz Art was born out of a necessity for some measure of peace and sanity, and I believe through God my life, in one way…was saved by it.
I like for the art to be intensive in color, contrast and movement without becoming to “busy”. It is a fine line to walk and I believe, for the most part, I accomplish that…but there is always room for improvement, so if the Lord wills…I’m going to keep on keeping on!
As I mentioned before - God is the True Creative Artist. He created everything and I can only aspire to imitate Him not only in painting but also in how I live my life, again much room for improvement. I feel Him beside me, guiding me as I paint and I believe it pleases Him that I am creating something that is good and of value…other than children :)
